Hello

We are Tim and Trina. We want to thank you first off for making such a selfless decision. Even though we do not know you yet, you are in our prayers every day. We realize that you must have a deep desire to place your child with the right family for them and we hope after reading some about us, you may have a better understanding fo who we are as a family and how much we are committed to being the best parents we can be and what kind of life we can provide your child.

Why we want to adopt...

We are a loving couple who have been married 16 years. We are unable to have children on our own, which we just found out for sure a few years ago. After doing invitro 2 times and being unsuccessful we have decided that adoption is what GOD has put in front of us as our answer. Tim and I both are from large familes. Tim is number 4 of 5 and I am the youngest of 6. We have many nieces and nephews that spend alot of time with us. My parents live in an in-law suite off our home so the child will not have to attend daycare.

About us...

Tim and I are very active in our church. We both serve on the hospitality committee and teach children's church ages 3 thru 5. Tim is self employed, he has been doing flooring since he was twenty and his father and grandfather do the same thing, so it is a handed down trade. I am a nurse and am currently looking for a part time job. We live in our dream home which we built ourselves 3 years ago. We live in the country on ten acres so the baby will have plenty of room to run!! There are plenty of children around us so the child will have playmates close to home.

Leisure time...

Our hobbies include antique cars, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Tim has a few old cars, he restores them and we travel quite a bit in the summer to car shows. We have friends from 3 different states who meet us at the shows, they are like our extended family. We have traveled to many different countries on vacation and think it would be great for a child to experience other cultures on vacation. Our family also takes cruises every two years together and that is always a great time. On weekends we keep our two nephews and a niece so they can go to church with us on Sunday morning. They enjoy doing fun stuff with us and mostly enjoy running and playing in the yard. Our thoughts on parenting... We will raise our child in a christian home. We will provide a loving, safe and nuturing home. We will provide positive home environment. We will treasure our family time every day. We will support our children in everything they choose to do. We will share your child's adoption story with them every day. They will know your love for them was so that it brought them to us and that makes them extra special.
