Hello and Thank you

Hi, We are Kraig, Katrina and Liam. We are hoping to build our family through another adoption and hope through this profile, you will get to know our family.Kraig is an owner of an insurance agency. Katrina worked as a computer support technician but has found being a stay at home mom to be her calling at this time in life! We have been married for fourteen years. We have a close and loving partnership.We became a family in September 2007, with the adoption of Julia. Sadly, due to a heart defect she passed away when she was one month old. In August 2008, our family joyfully grew once again with the adoption of our son, Liam. He is a happy, good natured, active toddler who loves to explore his surroundings. He enjoys reading books, playing with toys, and dancing to music. He has a blast whenever he is around other children especially his cousins. We have a semi-open adoption plan with Liam's birthmom, we reguarly send pictures and updates throughout the year. While this type of arrangement worked best for Liam's birthmom we are open to having more contact with you.

More about our family

We are an active family who enjoys spending time together. We enjoy taking walks in the neighborhood, exploring in the park, going to the pool, and playdates with friends. Liam & Katrina have also been attending Momma & Baby Yoga classes which have been another fun social activity. Kraig and Liam are taking swim lessons this winter and we are planning a family trip to Disney World real soon.We have pizza night on Friday, Play in the backyard or at a park on Saturday afternoon. On Sundays we have a big feast with all the Aunts and Uncles in the afternoons.

How we spend our time

Kraig grew up in Michigan with his mom and dad, older sister and older brother. He had a happy childhood, played baseball and wrote for the high school newspaper. He even worked part-time writing articles for our local paper. Now he owns and manages a local insurance agency . He is a great father and provides the best example of being a gentleman to Liam. Katrina also grew up in Michigan and is from a large family of four. She loves music and was in band in high school. She graduated with honors from college and worked with computers until Liam joined our family and is enjoying her role being a stay at home mom. She also loves cooking and reading and hiking.

No Place Like Home

We live in a 5-bedroom house in a quiet country neighborhood. We have a play area in the backyard and there are several parks nearby. We often meet neighbors outside to play with bubbles, toys and take walks. We value education and live in an area with good schools,and there are many facilities, such as the library within just a few miles.An additional family member is our dog Cuervo (He is a goofy black lab who is sweet and loving.
