Aaron & Kelli Profile

Welcome

We cannot imagine all the feelings and emotions that you are experiencing as you consider making an adoption plan for your baby. We greatly respect and appreciate you for considering us as possible parents for your son or daughter.

About Us

Thinking of how we met five and a half years ago makes us smile. We were set up on a blind date by Kelli’s cousin Kris, and Aaron’s best friend Ben. We went out to an Italian Restaurant for supper, and then went over to Kris’ house to play cards after dinner. Our first few dates were very memorable. It was definitely love at first sight for both of us.> > We were married August 7, 2004 in Kelli’s home church, where her family had been brought up. Family and friends gathered to share our special day with us. It was a very special day that neither of us will ever forget. We flew to Daytona Beach, Florida for our honeymoon. Despite Hurricane Charlie hitting the day before we got there, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing time.> > Shortly after we got married, we decided it was time to start trying to have a family that we had always wanted. After a year of “trying”, we decided to contact our doctor. They put both of us through several different tests only to find nothing is wrong with either of us. We believe this was God’s way of telling us that there is a child out there somewhere for us. In the end, we believe that this bump in the road would only make our relationship stronger. We are pleased to be going through the adoption process again and look forward to the day that we can welcome a child into our home and into our hearts.> > In March of 2008 we adopted our son Kyle. Kyle was born August 2007, which makes him 2 1/2 years old now. He’s brought more love and happiness to our family than we ever thought possible. Kyle loves to play with his toys, chase his dog Snickers around, and enjoys being read to. Kyle is a very happy little boy, and is extremely excited to have a brother or sister.> > Aaron has a wonderful personality, work ethic, and is very loving. I admire his ability to always see the good in everyone. He enjoys golfing, doing yard work, riding 4-wheelers, grilling and cooking, playing with our dog Snickers, and providing a loving hand in any way that he can at church.> > Kelli is a very loving and caring person. She has a very outgoing personality, which makes everyone she meets feel comfortable around her. She enjoys scrapbooking, cooking, cleaning the house, playing games, playing with our dog Snickers, and helping out at church.>

Our Families

Aaron’s parents Gordon and Norma have been happily married for 38 years. Their happiest times are spent with their grandchildren playing and watching them grow. Aaron is the youngest of three boys. His brothers Ben and Ryan are both married and have families of their own. Ben and Lori have two girls and one boy. Ryan and Heather have one girl and three boys. Kelli’s parents Jeff and Barb were high school sweethearts and have been together ever since. This year they will be celebrating their 28th Wedding Anniversary. Kelli is the older of two girls. Her younger sister Kaylee is 19 years old. They are not only sisters, but also best friends.

Our Faith

We are Christians and go to church weekly, as faith is an important part of our lives. We attend a Methodist Church. The people that attend there are amazing. They are not only our church members whom we see on Sundays, but also our best friends. They provide a nursery every Sunday during worship, and also Sunday school to those who wish to attend before the 10:15 church Service. We get together about once a month for an after worship luncheon. It’s a time not only to get to know one another better, but to learn about Christ.
